CALYX Design Group works with numerous regional leasing and property management agencies to provide outdoor tenant improvement design. We start by examining the project area and helping to shape the design to fit the intended budget. Often our work involves lounge and gathering areas, with a focus on ADA Compliance.

Our scope of work includes 3D visualization, space planning, cost projection, materials selection, construction plans, and support during and after implementation. We also provide Design Standard Guides, which help larger sites move forward with yearly capital improvements that provide lower average maintenance and higher tenant impact.
